  Parents with kids, Very small for my liking over month end periods as it gets crowded. Food court crowded and The kids Play Zone needs more space not sure how the experience is when during the week or off peek time in general. Nice place just needs space not sure if that will be possible.

  This place was gorgeous. The customer service was great and the drinks were nice. In love the arcade the most. Many games to choose from. Im American so this was truly an experience. Next time I travel their to visit my fiance I definitely will be stopping by

  Carnival city is beautiful, especially at night. The energy was amazing, the staff was ever so friendly and welcoming and the good vibes contagious. It offers a great variety of activities for children of all ages (I mean even your inner child) and adults alike. It's the place to be if you feel like having a fun day or even night with your family, friends or even by yourself

  Only the platinum and diamond members win draws and win on the machines. People like us never win. Its amazing how the draws have changed to digital, its because they choose only the diamond & platinum members. My wife and i have been gambling at the online casinos in Brakpan and its the best. We win we can see our money. Emperors Palace is way better the machines are constantly taking you up. Carnival city should also consider taking care of their silver & gold members. Without us the smaller guys your casino wont be running.

  I've traveled the world and seen a lot of casinos. I can honestly say this one is my favourite! I've been to Vegas many times and this place is a better version of it. It's clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There's so much to do. They have areas for kids to play and even a movie theatre if I'm not mistaken. Overall 10 out of 10!!!
