  Pathetic accommodation. Unprofessional staff and managers. My family was caused alot of inconvenience. We had to continuously ask for towels. The electricity kept on tripping. The facility was dirty and untidy. The bath tub was cracked. As for the OWNER (ISHANA) of Caribe Caribe and Albert Falls accommodation is extremely ABRUPT, RUDE and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After telling her what inconvenience we were caused due to their NEGLIGENCE and UNPROFESSIONALISM , all she could say is IF YOU WANT TO SUE ME THEN I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. People like this should not own customer service places because they are not a people's person. I would never recommend anyone to go to these places to stay. WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER...

  Outstanding environment with neglected maintenance and inferior breakfast. Very competitive price. Lots of monkeys around running in nature. Best part of the stay
