::I feel that the banking services are very good and quick. There's a young man at the reception who is just great. He's helpful, welcoming, friendly and has people skills. My problem at Capitec was the fact that I can't open an account because someone has already opened an account in my name and using my ID. I brought a Hanis report and an affidavit as requested and was supposed to come back in four weeks for the progress on my case. I came back after six weeks to find that their fraud department had not received any email with such. This is a serious issue. What if this person decides to take a loan and stops banking with them? They won't get their money from me thanks to one of their great innovation of fingerprints and photos on banking profiles.

::Consultant by name "Mpho" gave wrong info. This shows lack of product knowledge. When I asked the Branch Manager about this, she claims consultant was from a different branch. Which still doesn't make any difference. They must train their staff. The inconvenience the wrong info I got caused me is huge. Capitec sucks. I'm considering closing my account with them. Suck!!! Suck!!!!
