::Had the worst experience via telephone with the staff at this Cape Union Mart. Phones three times and specifically requested swan down jackets which they identified, kept for me, and when my husband got there (drove all the way) they kept the wrong ones aside (since they do not know their own stock/colours etc). Spoke to the manager who did not take accountability fpr THEIR mistake and blamed it possibly on a trainee. Now jacket sold out over the whole western Cape. Thanks a lot.

::Cape Union Mart is a favorite, anywhere. Here we bought a gift, that when we left and opened it, realised it was broken already. I took it back, and they immediately exchanged it. No hassles.

::One of my favourite Cape Union Mart branches! Very spacious with and upper level. Lower level has a lass floor section where you can see the water.

::Pitiful customer service. Initial long story where I received confirmation an item was in stock and then not sp when I arriced at the store. Cape Union Quay 4 promised to get back to me regarding this item, never did. Spoke to one of the managers, Miriam, who said that they will see if they can get stock for me and they will notify me whether they get an item or not. A month later I speak to the manager again after I never heard back from them. Her response is that they couldn't find anything. I asked her what about the fact that they would get back to me, and her response is but they couldn't find anything. Lovely to see a manager taking accountability.
