::One the phone calling your direct line for 30 minutes - your line either just rings or is left off the hook so no-one can call. I have used the number you provided - disgusting service it is only 4pm on a Monday! Cannot call your call center because after an hour of waiting one various occasions ( several times since the beginning of this month). Shocking.

::"We don't track tracking numbers" Got 1/4 Items all sent at the same time, only got a delivery note for one and that's all I got even though I have the tracking numbers. Staff were friendly though..
