::Initially planned to give a one star for the extremely shabby customer service received from a front desk staff; I requested for an item politely and in what looks like his disgust, he pointed at an area in the shop and looked the other way. I went to another gentleman whom with civility assisted with finding the products. Retail store staff need to be trained to be aware that they either encourage or discourage a customer’s repeated store visit.
