::Treating my bank account as if it's their own bank account - For a second time in a row where Budget "Ringfence " put a hold on - to secure payment ( which is normal practise ) BUT after the rental period deducted the amount from my account ( R14270.39 ) but keep the hold on the R13918.87 that was originally ringfence to secure payment AFTER FULL PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE RENTAL PERIOD - SO DEDUCTED THE R14270 BUT HOLD ON TO THE R13918 THAT MUSF BE RELEASED IMMEDIATELY WHEN PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE - AND UNETHICAL - GOT THEIR MONEY BUT KEEP MY MONEY WHY ?NOBODY KNOWS
