  My daughter went to The Treat by Gen to do a soak off. While the nail tech was soaking off the acrylic, she did not wait for the acrylic to come of the nail but instead chose to excessively scrape it off the nail and apply a lot pressure to the nail with metal nail equipment. Furthermore, my daughter has done acrylic before and the previous nail tech that soaked off the nails, was patient and took her time soaking the nail off. She did not come home with inflammed and sore fingers. However this time, When she got home her nails were red and inflammed and had a cut on her one finger from the hard filing done on her nail by the nail tech. The nail tech also used her own nails to clean under her nails instead of using the designated utensil to do so. That is very unhygienic and unprofessional. She phoned the same day to file a complaint however the owner did not even phone her back to follow up on the complaint. I phoned again on Saturday to file the complaint. The owner was aware of the complaint made but did not care to call my daughter to further investigate. It was clear that the owner took the part of the nail tech. The nail tech lied about what was done and seemed to blame it on my daughter. Her nails were sore and damaged after the nail tech worked on it. It seemed at a point she was just defending her staff member. The owner wanted me to come there to have a meeting with her nail tech. This could have been resolved by her addressing it with her employee, instead of there being 2 calls made to advise on the issue. I definitely would be concerned about the experience of the nail tech.

  There is a car wash at the BP here. They are fantastic. A thorough clean at a good price and the bonus is it doesn't take long at all.

  Used to live here. Went back presently. So surprised of the new look. The is new shops and old renovated shops. Definitely 5 Stars.
