  Worst service ever!!! my gosh! my whole house would of burned down! Thanks to the swift thinking of a member who risked his life we managed put out the fire. I did mention to the operator that my house could be burned down as the fire was really high and yet an hr went by and no call and no response yet 2 operators took my number down. When I called back to tell them that we managed to put the fire off the operator was rude and just responded with "O" and put the phone down on me pathetic! Yet these are the people we have to turn to, no joke. May God protect us all
