::We've been without electricity for 3 days yet they busy telling us lies that they coming to fix it, I mean how can they expect us to live without electricity for 3 days. We haven't bath, the fridge is full of meat that's going off. Ekurhuleni doesn't care about people they must just go to hell

::I was charged over R4000 deposit for electricity when buying my house and was advised this would be refunded as soon as I had a pre-paid meter installed. I applied & paid for a prepaid meter over 3 months ago and to date cannot get a reply as to when I can expect to have the meter installed. How can the municipalities be trying to promote people to install pre-paid meters and not give customer service. I thought Boksburg Munic was one of the better government run organisations but it would appear I was wrong. Pity we have to give a star to post.

::This place gives me hope in our country. So efficient, organized, and neat. The staff in all departments are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, professional and efficient. It almost feels like a private institution and not government run. Over the last few months I have visited several different sectors here and every visit was a pleasant and quick one. There is still a few improvements that need to be made with regards to our muncipality but this place needs no improvements. I have no experience with their call center but this is my opinion on actual visits.
