  Saw Dr Tim at Blue Hills for dog with elbow dysplasia and he is excellent. Takes lots of time to explain treatment options and science to you. Keeps you well informed to make the best decisions for your dog.

  This is a fantastic place - vets genuinely care, the general staff are wonderful and friendly and they do not overcharge you. It's a hospital where you get to know everyone and they get to know you and your fur baby. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

  We usually take our dogs here, but today I had to take my old dwarf hamster to be put down. The vet that I spoke to on the phone and the vet who put him down were both very sympathetic and I'm satisfied that he died peacefully. The man at reception is really not a good fit for that job, though. Zero emotion and he seemed annoyed by everything that people who came into the vet said or asked. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

  Fantastic experience at this vet, I needed a second opinion and Dr Tim and staff were amazing, patient and so kind to my cat. All our animals will now be going to this vet. Even though the prognosis remained the same, the level of knowledge and expertise is the best I have ever experienced.
