::This establishment has declined over the years. Not a big range of new movies to choose from any longer. The service from the staff is terrible and they are not knowledgeable about the stock. There are mainly students working there cause I'm sure it's cheaper to hire students. However they are not well trained and have no customer service training or experience. They dont even speak clearly over the telephone. You should rather employ older, more responsible and experienced people in order to maintain the standard and reputation of the establishment.

::We have been sitting outside the dvd store for over 40 minutes. Its says its open but its all closed up. The woman at steers says she doesn't know if they man will be coming to open up. Very unprofessional
