The lady at the front desks refused to help me and I tracked my parcel and it is in the office. NO SERVICE!!!!

They are so unhelpfull. Nobody at the front but you hear them talking. Then such a effort to help you.

Very poor service, always an issue and very very very slow. Always says their offline and says they don't do fines any more. Not very helpful. I can't rate them I would give them a -5. And the traffic department says they do.
