  Staff sitting on the floor behind the desk, sitting and chatting to one another. Had to ask to be served. Disappointing service. One employee mentioned I won’t get up from the floor because I hurt myself.

  Very slow, been waiting over an hour to send money. Such snail pase service. And you get the not willing attitude from the staff to do their jobs. And the one even said I must wait for someone else to come back from lunch to assist me they never called me to come as soon as that person was in.
