::I used to think it's better than the other options... Recent experience says that they are not to be trusted.. make sure everything is written down... Their words are always good but.. beware that they will try call you afterwards from an unknown number in order to gauge your happiness... or just to make you think that they care :)

::Our experience at Barons has been nothing but wonderful. We've been doing the servicing for our Jetta there for about 3 years now and we've been very happy. The service is fast and efficient and the staff (even though quite busy sometimes) are always friendly and polite. Most recently, Melvin in the service department assisted me when the Jetta wouldn't start and I was waiting for Roadside Assistance to tow it to Barons. Melvin picked up his phone each time I called and patiently answered my questions. He even attempted to wait for the tow truck. After my car was towed in the next morning, he made time to do the repairs even though he must have had many other cars to attend to. But it made a huge difference to have the car back (because our other car was in the shop as well!). So a huge thank you to the Barons Team, most especially to Melvin, for the fast and astounding service!

::7 working days later .... ZERO CALL BACKS! I WAS trying to buy a service plan for my car. I called a few times a day, but they never called back. Then, I tried to book my car in for a service having giving up on buying a service plan... they never call back. Call after call... and this is a few calls each day..... no-one calls back. Whats the point of leaving your number if A] the message isn't passed on, or B] its passed on, but the person responsible can't be bothered calling back?

::On arrival for the service. You are acknowledged my name. They enquire about any concerns you want checked. While waiting to be transported to the office, excellent coffee and muffins are available for you to enjoy. The service was completed by lunchtime and I was collected from my office to take possession of my serviced vehicle. The service advisor kept me informed of what was happening with my vehicle during the service. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
