  A good quality secure estate close to the witbank dam. Can be cold in winter though. Also close to golf course and school. The club house aims at serving the community staying in the estate and the home owners socity is very active and helpful. Being Emalahleni with its infrastructure problems power and water disruptions are common but with a bit of effort can be managed.

  Great place to stay.. If you don't have a borehole, and solar.. Your in trouble, but otherwise it's a great place to stay.
