  The manager tried to assure me I couldn't wear a watch with a stainless steel strap because taking the links out was was too inconvenient for them although the store was empty. The manager was rude and extremely pushy. The store seemed ok but the manager was horrible.

  Bad experience. The rules which apply in that store when coming to resizing of rings differ from other american swiss stores.
