  Excellent hotel with great hospitality from staff. They care for you. Highly recommended. Especially during comrades runs you get delicious indian food

  The service is good but the rooms are too small it situated in the heart of Durban places of interest are there next to it Anglican Church is next to it the market and the mesuam

  I am very disappointed in Albany hotel, I paid weeks in advance for a standard 2 sleeper room hoping that they would reserve one of their best rooms for me and all I got was a filthy tiny room that had a horrible smell! Even the furniture was old! The overall quality of everything in the room itself was terrible. For someone who deeply admired this hotel, I have no words to describe the disappointment. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

  I'm very disappointed in the service and hotel itself. There is a extremely rude lady that works there, a elderly lady, she was in the cafe when I had a incident with her. No customer service whatsoever, she really needs training on how to deal with customers. Our room was dirty, had a beer can and dirt underneath the beds, air conditioning wasn't working, when addressed to the front desk, she was shocked and made it seemed as if it would be sorted out, when we went back to our room, only the beer can was removed from our room, the rest of the dirt remained and still no working air conditioning. If you want cheap accommodation with bad service this is the place to go to. Would never recommend this place to anyone especially because of the rude lady there. I could handle the room with all its problems but rude staff, she looked part of management or the cafe owner. Not sure but she's got a very bad attitude, her waiter had to apologise for the happenings. Really.

  Spoko hotel. Blisko na promenade i plażę. Ciasne pokoje ale na dzień czy dwa starczy.
