::UPDATE" seeing as this is the only place it seems that a response is given, it has now been 21 days since my order was placed and paid for, and still no reply to any mail regarding delivery! What happened to the 14 day turn around time? This is getting ridiculous! Ordered 3 textbooks on the 6th and paid online. It's the 16th and I now have to go spend more Money as my daughter needs her books. To date I have had no response telephonic or email. Land line doesn't work and cell goes to voice mail. Atleast refund me so I can recover the loss and move on to a more efficient supplier.

::I would appreciate some feedback on my order please. I am not getting any responses from the info@amanda johnson.co.za mailing address. I understand that there is a backlog but I would at least appreciate an indication if my order is being processed and looked at and an estimated date of receipt. The school year has started and books are being used and teachers are getting frustrated with the kids if their textbooks are not in class as it's disruptive having too share books and photocopy homework etc. I will even make arrangements to come through and collect the books too save time but I just need to get some sort of response and if the order cannot be fulfilled then at least let me know so that you can refund me the money and I can check elsewhere for the books if there are issues.

::When queried regarding delivery it was advised that courier would take place early last week to the school!! And we will be emailed when delivered!! Calls go unanswered.... it’s back to school! And reading comments from parents who are experiencing the exact same ordeal and have a computer generated response saying orders could take up to 14 days!!! Order was placed and paid for immediately on the 10 January then get an auto response saying 7-10 days??? What gives?? Clearly St. Benedict’s needs to vet their supplier capabilities in terms of turn around time and reliability before naming them a supplier to parents!!! Kids are loosing out!!! Not impressed

::Absolutely shocking service!!!! Order placed on the 3rd of January online and paid. It's the 13th and still no feedback. She doesn't take calls and is full of excuses. She should not be taking orders and payments if she does not have the stock or the capability of handling her orders. Rather give customers the opportunity to use another more efficient supplier!
