::Heaters were being "renovated" during the winter, wifi "was stolen" and no customary maid service was given without request. Good customer service though, they managed a mixup with my booking well (wasn't their fault) and swiftly got me in touch with a safari and sun city tour. Also there is no reception here (at least with vodafone) so you're pretty much AWOL unless you go to the airport, for which they provide free rides to and from. The driver will also take you elsewhere for about the same price as a taxi (150 Rand to the mall).

::Nice place to relax and spend the night... Excellent host, nice clean rooms and excellent complimentary breakfast. Just a few minutes from the airport or the rail station.

::Good and affordable. However, the breakfast is just too horrible. Same sour stuff every morning. Roasted pork n mushroom. Poor veg n fruits. Meanwhile I just love the serenity n the hourly shuttle. I am going to miss the friendly drivers. Oops, the ever courteous receptionists n attendants

::This place is perfectly acceptable for the price. Communication with the management beforehand was excellent, the room was simple and a little dated, but clean and with a very comfortable bed. We were provided a very basic, but functional bed for our infant. The breakfast included in the rate was a typical selection of eggs, ham, baked beans, juice and cereal etc. The hourly shuttle to the airport was also included. They do not allow late check-out, but will allow you to stay in the room until 4pm for an additional fee. You can relax on the grounds free of charge, and there are pleasant outdoor seating areas for that purpose. It is not luxurious, but it is a good value and only 2km from the airport.
