  All properties owned by Afhco are clean,with tight security, elevators always functional but they don't come cheap,good value for money though. ..

  I lived in Cambalala house.There's no peace.Almost everyday there are parties and people drinking in and outside the area.Street parties.No sane or moral person could survive there.An individual cannot grow or develop while living there.

  Their building is safe but their management ignores tenants complaints. They also allow public drinking in their park meant for children. Always street parties in their properties. Tenants hardly sleep weekends.

  Never ever live in an Afco building guys, the security is useless.
