  Terrible Bank. During school holidays only two tellers, about 10 people waiting in queue. We put the money in a blue purse when we make a deposit. The teller (not very friendly) told me to take the money out and then pass to her. When she looked at the deposit paper she said I must confirm the amount to be deposited or she could not help me. I said I didn't know as I did not make up the deposit. With reluctance she then carried on with the transaction. After that she was not at all friendly. No thank you or goodbye, a complete ignoring of me. I can't see that the two things she asked of me can be policy. Thank Goodness Absa is not my bank.

  Please learn how to do Western Union transfers. People do not need your internet banking to accept a payment.
