::I am a pensioner ad live in a small E Cape village 3 hours' drive from George. I ordered a credit card for my husband. I explained that I would be unable to collect it until Oct when I next visit my oncologist. I asked that it be kept for me and was assured it would be no problem. I have been getting sms messages of increasing urgency to tell me to fetch the card or it would be sent back. I tried calling the branch. I was put on hold for a long time. The person who finally picked up cut the call after telling me that the line was breaking up. I feel frustrated and very angry.

::Pathetic. Made a deposit into one of their ATM's at their branch, the machine swallows my money and then I have to wait in a long queue to get it back. Turning a quick stop at the bank into a tedious affair.
