  Slow systems, non working key cards to authenticate and authorise working on your accounts and sporadic ‘offline’ issues that clearly irritate even the staff at the Customer Service Desk. Expect to spend at least 20-30 minutes once you get to see Customer Service Representative.

  Unbelievable that you call your bank that charges you the world on service fees, and you phone gets disconnected. Where is the service I am paying for. Zero service by ABSA Central avenue. Had to click on one star to get this Posted. where is the negative STARS
