  I don't know why it still reflects 3 stars the place is not worth even one. THE STAFF is super friendly which is the only good thing about this place and they can only work with what has been given to them which is not much some things are above their control. The management in this place needs to go for a refresher course on the hospitality industry or at the very least they should check what their neibouring guest houses (the competition) is doing. I stayed there for 13 days, THE BED i slept on i could feel the springs and the frame of the mattress as i slept the best answer you get when raising a complaint is that we will tell the management tomorrow it will be tomorrow until you check out. SHOWER HEAD and the stained bath tub. By the way bring your own hand wash and lotion don't count on the sample size items that is put in the bathroom. How much does it cost to replace a shower cap in comparison to what the guest is paying. BREAKFAST bread is not the only pastry that there is, introduce muffins, croissants, beacon etc. Take your chefs to culinary classes if you must. PARKING is an issue especially when driving a large vehicle, kindly consider removing the small garden that is situated in front of the gate as you drive in to make more room for negotiating parking. It seems the effort was put in having more rooms than parking spaces for all those rooms. Its a pitty my accommodation in this place was corporately paid otherwise I would have moved to another guest house.

  Very friendly staff and comfortable amenities. Very happy with my accommodation.

  I had a wonderful time.The place is beautiful , nice and cozy.If in Polokwane just go and enjoy yourself.

  Rooms were not clean, bath tub had a brown stain all over so disgusting (how does a staff member take you to your room and not check everything???), I immediately asked to be placed in another room and than their bed linen had an awful dirty smell with stains and their parking sucks big time we were blocked in by other vehicles the following day. Rooms got potential but the owners needs to step up their game, honestly now how can you ask R800 a night and get placed in dirty rooms
