  Xtreme gate motors Pty If you want to lose money and waste your time, this is the company to use. We purchased a gate motor from them for R2000.00, and from day one the motor never worked, when you try to program the motor the gate only runs backwards. So I contact Gert to let him know about the problem. We then concluded that the there is something wrong with the sensors. I then send my courier at my cost to collect the parts required to repair the motor that was supposed to be working from day one. Replace the parts and the motor still does the same thing this is now 3 weeks in the process of getting this motor working. I wasted 12 hours on this motor we got from xtreme gate motors. Out of pure frustration, I kicked the motor and broke a piece of plastic off the side. Gert then came out on 2018/06/20 to look at the motor then determent that there is a part missing. He said that he would try to look for the part and i then told him they have till Friday 2018/06/22 to resolve this issue and ill pay them and extra R1000 otherwise I will publish this online to prevent anyone else from experiencing this bad service and empty promises. Linda then contacted me and said they will be there the next day, and to no surprise they did not pitch. It’s not about the money I would have paid them more to show me that it works. This is just bad business and unprofessional behavior. I could understand if the motor worked and then broke down but from day 1 this was a problem.

  The service offered is not up to standard. You are promised something but when the work is done it is not what it's supposed to be. It took nearly 3 weeks to erect a simple carport with damage to the surroundings and work that had to be fixed by others.
