::If anyone has noticed this "2 star" review, please accept my apologies... I wasn't aware that this rating was submitted as I had issues with my phone's touch screen and really only ever did a Google search for their details when I wanted to give someone the street address. I do have a unit with XtraSpace and the service received to date has been pleasing. The premises are also always well maintained and staff is polite. It is also impressive is that they do care about customer experience as I had a lady call me to try to ascertain how they could improve my experience following my Google review... I was "sure" she had called the wrong person as I was unaware of this Google review but did indeed figure out what had occurred after all. All the best with your storage decisions... I would recommend XtraSpace!
