::Took my watch in for a battery change and got it back with a cracked the face and scratch the rear casing. Thought that I wouldn't notice when they handed out back to me. Callous, incompetent staff! If there was an option for no stars I would give it to this shop.

::I took my watch in, the glass of the face had cracked. It took about 3 months to come back. When I collected it, it had scratches everywhere, the links of the cuffs had discoloured and my watch looked 1000 years old. They were so rude and unprofessional, insisted that that's how it always looked. I am so angry. That is the worst place on earth, never ever again!

::Worst service ever! Gave them a watch to get a quote to fix. Owner barely bothered to give any service. Half way through serving me he starts serving someone else. Turns out two weeks later still no quote. I had two young children with me that were running around the shop (mainly because I was waiting for him to serve me) and he said I should leave my children at home next time. Disgusting. Avoid this place and use other watch shops in Sandton City if you can.
