  Pharmacist having a chat with her buddy while she was supposed to be helping me. Couldn't find one of my daughters on discoverys system. Despite me phoning discovery. Although a big perscription as 3 of us are ill it took 55min and there was no queue when I arrived. not all the meds were available after that long wait. I had to fork out 1k and they offered to give me store credit if they could fix the problem, why not my money back? she said usually she would sort out the problem immediately but they are too busy right now (2 other people in the queue). No chance ill go back.
