::i stay at Louton House Flat. I am unhappy to stay there, because the caretaker doesn't care about the tenants. we have plugs that are not working since from June and we definitely told him but no action was taken, we complain to his boss based on electricity even though his boss says he must switch on, he wont do that, he loves being begged and he is very rude when it comes to talents please do something with him, his still young to manage a flat, that is why people are moving out so quick
