  the service is efficient, the music is great but also not so loud that you can't hear your own. the steam rooms are great and they make a point to show everyone that they have zero tolerance for any discrimination

  It's quite a kitted out gym with a swimming pool, wide selection of gym machines and weights as well as classes for aerobics or crossfit related exercises. It is a bit on the pricy side if you're a typical varsity student, so take a look at TuksGym if you want a better pricing option.

  Good gym. Lots of university students since it's near to the University of Pretoria. Facilities are good and well kept.

  Staff is great. Kauai staff needs training and a serious look at their customers service. The gym needs an upgrade

  This is like any others gym. Nothing spectacular. I've trained at a few Virgin Active's and the staff always greets you with a friendly smile but it seems to be missing at Virgin Active Hatfield. I also feel like the bathrooms definitely need a revamp. The doors are falling apart and some of them don't even lock. There is not much space to do your own exercise. There is the studio which is almost always occupied and then there is the area with equipment. The space to do your own thing is much too small. Parking is also quite a problem.
