  Staff not interested in assisting and when they do, they don't know what's going on. Definitely need to know the systems and customer service needs attention

  Van Schaik employees are very disinterested in assisting customers. I was made to feel like a nuisance when asking if a certain book was in stock, and it looked like the other customers were feeling a similar way. I had also phoned before hand to find out if they had the book there so as not to waste my time going to the physical store but the phone just rang. When I was at the store I asked if the number I was dialing was correct and was met with the answer of "we just don't answer the phones if we're busy". The book in question was not in stock and when I asked when new stock will be delivered I was told "when it gets here". Needless to say, I ordered my books online from another supplier.
