  It is an awesome place, intense people motivate you to do intense training. TSG I absolutely love it.

  It might be small, but it has everything I need. The staff members are helpful and friendly. It's extremely busy between 4 and 7pm, but even then it's possible to do a good workout.

  Very good gym for the price ... Has everything one needs , can get busy sometimes
