  The place was like a tavern. Drunk people outside and inside the shop, broken bottle pieces inside the place with the dried out liquor stains remaining there to greet people as they entre. The staff look disinterested and aloof. The items are not categorised properly. There wasn't any of the wines we wanted (St. Anna, Drodsty Hof adelpracht) which I believe are favourites therefore should be abundant. I didn't feel safe inside there. The security is only there to make sure you don't steal, there were drunk disruptive people making a scene and none of the staff including security paid mind to it.

  Half of the staff is friendly and obliging. The other half is just terrible. Also, They don't stock as much brands as you think and the shop is so huge...
