  Tidewaters have a lot of potential, but it needs improved management. We did not get the room we booked and paid for. In fact, they did not even know we had a booking when we checked in. The room was a little dirty and even though the room could accommodate 3 people, we had insufficient cutlery. The people above us made a lot of noise and what seemed like, banged on the floor. Our breakfast, hower was great and the service friendly. Overall, we would not return but we would not advise people not to go there.

  Im in one of their rooms as im writing this review the place is haunted. The is so much movement in the room next doir for the past 3 hours it can't possibly be the normal guest.

  Beautiful location alongside the river. Awesome host that's very accommodating. Friendly staff with prompt service. Definitely a recommended stay when visiting East London. Top stars Tidewaters👌
