  Little or no attention to detail. Pity because it is such a stunning venue!!

  Attention to detail lacking. No hairdryer in room nor shampoo. We weren't given the room we specifically asked for with bath. Breakfast not bad. Bed comfortable.

  It is a fantastic place to stay in and the people are ferry helpful.
