::1 word for the service I received. EXCELLENT. I received immediate reply for my enquiries and on the day the turning was scheduled I ran into a crisis with the transportation of the piano and when I informed the gentlemen at The piano man they immediately came to the rescue arranging to transport the piano to the desired location and then tuning it beautifully. The gentlemen assisting and providing the services were well trained and knew exactly what to do and tried and achieved everything we asked of them. I highly recommend their services to every and anyone with a piano !
