  The merchant is situated just off the main road thus it forms a quiet space where one can relax and have a coffee with or without a decadent croissant/piece of cake. The coffee is of excellent quality (this includes the cappuccino) and the service is fast - if you order from the counter. There is free WiFi available, just get a voucher from the counter. Prices are market related, but the quality of beans they use does give all their selection an edge above the rest.

  Great place, love the vibe. Decor is next level and staff are tops. The Sheppard's have really challenged the standards of quailty in Mossel Bay and set the bar high. Well done, love it. We need this in Cape Town!!

  I walked in at 9am in the Heiderand Mall branch. Freshly baked quiche, chocolate croissant which was decadent and filled with chocolate. Cappuccino was expertly made and beans that were used was rich and full of flavour. Loved all the details which adds to the aesthetic of the place. Music - was exactly where I needed to be to clear my head before a difficult day. Thank you Merchant staff.

  very neat place to have breakfast and coffee they have options of all kinds of eggs khorasan and others also they have different coffees and soft drinks it is good place to try the place is a small the surface is great
