  Very very disappointing again. First time was in December received a breakfast that was disgusting. We arrived at 10.30 and it looked like it made at 8 and served at 10.30. I complained to head office and they were fantastic about the whole deal. 3 people phoned to apologise sadly not the manager. We went back in August and that was an even more of a disaster. There were 6 of us. We ordered drinks that was delivered incorrectly. 1 if the drinks was correct and like warm. Asked to make it hot and it and the rest of the drinks never arrived until we finished our meal. They brought one kiddies meal first and no utensils. Asked 3 waiters for them and never arrived. Food got cold and wasn't eaten. Food eventually arrived and guess what it was cold. Sent mine back to warm up took ages. The others ate cold eggs etc. The toast only arrived half way thru the food. Eventually found found the female manager who said they were having trouble with the plate warmer. No apologies before only when I complained. She said she would take it up with our waitress. They were busy granted but they also had other waiters standing around who could have pitched in. Sorry we are not going to make it third time lucky.
