  I personally can’t believe a company can carry on as follows and still be in business. Simply put, as I will not waste any more time related to this issue, we payed over R 6 500 to send a few delicate items fro PE to Johannesburg and paid over R 2 300 insurance. On arrival it was apparent one of the items was broken and took a photo of the item in pieces with the stuttafords delivery person in the back ground. This photo was then sent with the claim. After no responses and finally following up with the stuttafords representative they were requesting a further photo of the item in pieces!!!!!!!!! A this point I understood the pieces had been discarded but was more concerned that they requested this doubting the integrity of the initial photo and stalling the entire process. The value in question was only R 1000, really, they disputing the photo and the claim!! The time lost to me and the others involved in this is worth way more. Only after loosing it with a supervisor did I get an apology and there was agreement it would be sorted. This took place end of June 2019 and it is now mid October and nothing has been done. If this is their behaviour with a small situation, how could anyone possibly risk using them for moving their house hold contents or anything of sentimental or financial value. This used to be on of the best, what happened????

  I had used them before and there was no problem, used them for my second move and totally regretted it... My furniture came back damaged, they offloaded my belongings on the side of the road, the head "crew leader" was not in uniform or with the official truck.. He came in an unmarked car, didn't introduce himself and just started grabbing my belongings.. I almost thought they were being stolen.. He was also very rude.. Also the insurance policy is not really worth anything... They only pay u half of wat u say the item is worth and I had to run after them for 3 months... I'm sure if I didn't they wouldn't have paid out

  I've used Stuttaford for my relocation, I've moved maybe 7-8 times before, but never experienced this type of proffessionalism. The team was fantastic, hardworking, gentle, kind and competent. I am very glad that I used them for my relocation. (Aug 2019)

  We utilized the services of Stuttafords Van Lines for our immigration from Jhb South Africa to Houston Texas Usa. The service we received when the day arrived to pack up all our belongings was fantastic! The crew were polite, professional and extremely fast. They took considerate care wrapping up each item from very big to very small. Once the truck pulled away I knew we had choosen the right company. Fast forward a few weeks and our container arrived on our new doorstep. Each item accounted for and not a single damage to them! Thank you so much! Our house is now a home!
