  So i bought my ring last 2018 2019 my diomnds fell on which my partner suprised me with a replica of the same ring. I had it resized at the eastgate branch and how i recieved it back was that they polished alll the ingraving out and the black marking. I had it send in for them to fix it and then got it back and it looked even worse same again sent it in again waited 2 weeks for it almost and got it back today and still the same mistake yes they added the black marking in but it looked like 20 r black marker pen, which im pretty sure it is because using a ear bud gets it of. Not recommended at all and i will never do business with sterns again they are a dissapointment after disappointment. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

  Terrible terrible service from a Lebo in the store. I bought a ring to be resized in 3 to 5 days, 3 weeks later I haven’t been called by the store. When I call to enquire Lebo was very rude and unprofessional

  We were not helped, even though there was someone available to help us she wouldn't help us. I'm Jewish, and she was Muslim, and I feel as if that was antisemitic. Extremely unimpressed
