  One of the older Ster Kinekor. New Prestige has great seats and space. However the concession tray at the seat is a bit far from the seat really a great experience

  Incompetent staff and manager. We had to watch the movie with all the lights on for 10 minutes before somebody finally woke up and switched it off. Thereafter there was a white stripe across the movie screen which prohibited details to be seen. The stripe remained there the whole time. The visuals then started flickering and sound was lost. There was a 5 minute delay between sound and visual. There was also times where sound and visual was totally gone. After about 20 minutes and numerous complaints there was still no reaction from the management. Totally not interested!!!!! 🤔 We left as we then waited for some kind of reaction for over 30 minutes. The sad part is, this has happened 3 times before over a period of 2 years. And please people, if you want to use the bathroom, sit very still as most toilet seats are broken. Please also wash your hands at home as there has NOT been any soap in the soap dispensers for over a year.
