::Customer service with quality, please introduce more promotions for customers. Please include a waiter service in the cinema especially Prestige. Prestige is meant for long durational movies, 180 minutes sort of a movie

::Was there on 8 Feb 2020. The cinema ran out of popcorn. There was loadshedding and the power went off three times while ordering snacks for the movie. The employees at the cinema were less than helpful about the situation. The movie started while they were still cleaning. Horrible experience in general and won't go back there anytime soon.

::For long awaited movies, strongly consider going to IMAX to see it. Ster-kinekor requires you to pre order you snacks and drinks. This makes the collection process very efficient. Online ticket booking it very good. Try to park at open parking entrance 5. Parking is free! One of the few in Joburg!

::This must be one of the best movie theaters I've been to. Watched an IMAX in 3D and it was amazing. Service was good, theatre was clean and modern.
