  I like Steers food, but without exception, this specific franchise outlet, has been a let-down. The staff is rude, to say the least. The cheese sauce was so skimpy, and ice cold - must've been stored in the fridge. Although we waited very long, all the food was cold. If you like Steers food like I do, It would be much better to get your fix from another outlet - where the food and staff are on par with the group policy.

  I love steers but with great regret this particular outlet upset me. The service was slow and the staff not too kind. I ordered 3 cheese bacon burgers (R158,70) wich was cold 3 med cheesy chips (R89,70) wich was cold And then i added an extra cheese slice on all the burgers but when i got it the cheese was also cold. The cheese sauce on the chips was ice cold and looked like there was only three droplets. The jalapeños was also not put on the chips it was at the bottom of the box and it looked old. Due to lockdown they have a designated waiting area but Noone told us or informed us about it until later that they humiliated my boss and I. A lady came in after us and she stood in the exact same spot and they left her to stand there the whole period while she was waiting for her order 15 June 2020

  If I'm honest the food is delicious and fresh but when it comes to the staff that manage this Steers you must have a watchful eye. I've been eating at this Steers for a about a month now and every single time they've tried to steal my money. At first I was unaware that each time I ordered a burger the staff would charge me double for certain individual products (especially cheese) on purpose! I was then forced to double check my receipt every single time and carefully look at the price of the food I ordered, making sure they don't charge me double for cheese and then just pocket the rest of the money for themselves. At first I thought they might have just made an error but after the 3rd time it's happen I decided I will no longer do business with a business that's out to steal my money. So, if this Steers is your only option to acquire food I'd advise staying alert, as I cannot be their only victim thus far.

  Not a very pleasant visit. Service not up to standard and food not well prepared or presented. Not something you expect from a steers.
