  I went to This Hospital referred from Umtata St Mary's Private Hospital with a relative. Surprised by Sylvia Soxokashes attitude towards a Sick patient that was Lost.... The patient wasn't Rude but became impatient of which Mam Sylvia should have just directed us accordingly....I remained level-headed because when your Relative is Sick the last thing you need is. Receptionist not being patient with a Sick Patient.....

  Good caring .. Hospital...especially I see cardiac icu nurse Rebecca and few nurses amazing angels.....

  I was very disappointed by the service of St Dominic's emergency unit yesterday evening . They have no patience for the patient, nor seem to understand the meaning of emergency as they take significant amount of time to attend to a patient. One of the black doctors won't mention by name was very rude, arrogant and Unprofessional. Whether private or public hospital, we go to the hospital because we are not well, not for holiday, but to be treated very insensitively is worse when you are paying for the service.

  Well kept grounds. Excellent treatment and advice right from my first visit, right to the time I left. Fantastic nursing staff, and knowledgable doctors. Waiting times could have been improved, but understandably there are patients with more urgent need for attention.

  Great hospital with a small newly opened Wiesenhof inside. Go and visit Paniko the owner for the best coffee and service.
