::The Fontainebleau spar never seems to bake fresh bread. I try support local, but on many occasions I have pointed out things that could do with some attention, and this is one of the consistent problems. Today there was expired meat on the shelves, and I was informed that it is the butchers job to check this. Surely this falls to management to ensure this happens. I am sad to say, the service never improves and I am forced to go a bit further to alternate spar shops, usually Malibongwe who always have freshly baked goods and better management, service and fresh food.
