  Front of house staff are great and attentive, however you will require much patience should you try phoning. It took me 5 minutes to get through to the right person to confirm a group booking. I had to phone back another 3 times to speak to different deparments. Most guests hopefully being booked by an agent would not have to experience this.

  Hotel muito bom com Van que vai pra o Waterfront. Ótimo café da manhã. Wi fi ruim e estacionamento caro.

  My preferred place to stay whenever I am here. Always get professional top rate service from all staff. Immaculate. Secure. Centrally located with smart well laid-out rooms. People working here are proud of their hotel and make every effort to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. Good selection of breakfast options. Harbour and mountain views.

  The room is spacious and has all the amenities you would expect. Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. I expected more from the breakfast though, based on staying at other Southern Sun's in Cape Town, it was not up to the standard of the others. Staff were friendly. One negative, neither front desk nor concierge were aware of organised transport to our expo, even though the hotel was listed as a recommended hotel to stay at for the expo. But has a good stay.

  Very standard hotel, not rising to the occasion. Well maintained but clearly not updated - examples: no electrical outlet in bathroom, no alarm clock and exactly 2 (two) treadmills in this multi hundreds room hotel. Clean, good service. No way to have a late checkout after 2pm even though I stayed for 5 nights... (unless I was ready to pay up)
