::Waiting for more than 20 minutes and still no service. No one has asked if I want anything to drink. The receptionist acts as though I am an inconvenience to her and generally the rude and hostile atmosphere in the place is strange. This is the first Sorbet I have been to that I have been so poorly treated.

::I drive from Joburg to come to sorbet Brooklyn mall. The service is great and my nails always last longer than I expected, especially my toe nails. Thank you for having such good service.

::The Swedish massage was ok and happy with the manicure. A pity about the waxing and full face threading. It was the most painful wax I have ever gotten and the threading was done very poorly. Also had a facial which I would not recommend as the extractions were done by hand only.
