  I was struggling with a persistent calf injury from running that sidelined me for almost 3 months. I tried everything in the books to mend it myself, but nothing seemed to work. Sian is a runner herself and came highly recommended by my fellow teammates. Two weeks after the treatment sessions and doing the prescribed strengthening exercises I started running again and was so pleased to find my calf pain free. I'm back now to full training and can finally put the injury behind me. I would higly recommend her services to all my fellow runners.

  I have been struggling with severe lower back pain for about a year. Spent a lot of time and money to try and get things back to normal. After just 3 visits to Siân, the pain is almost completely gone! She is clearly very knowledgeable and very professional. She has made a huge difference in my life. Can't recommend her enough...
