::Doesn't even deserve 1 star. No other Shell Ultra City asks for customers to pay to go to the loo. Drove so far past all the bad places to go to a clean place and you get this. Wanted to draw money, but the ATM was out of order. Not worth the stop!

::Convenient and the Steers and shop staff are great. But it irks me immensely that, not only do I have to draw money to pay to use the bathroom when I've just spent money at your shops, the meter doesn't always work so I have to pay double for using the bathroom. It's small change, but it just seems stupid to make paying customers pay for a toilet

::The presence of the likes of Steers makes this more convenient. However, some stock in the shop does not move and there seems to be no one checking if the items are still fit for sale. I bought a packet of some jelly sweets, when opened the pack, the jellies were no more jellies but stone hard. Too bad for me, I opened them after I had driven quite a long distance
